This whole broadcast is a Leafs and Matthews wank fest. I don't f***ing care about them stfu.
Matthews always looks 2 gears under the top guys. Look at mcDavid and Drai. Just flying. Matthews is just dangerous though. He will go stand somewhere waiting for a one timer

How Marner goes, Matthew goes

Finally let MacT talk and delivers a salient point. Oil have been so much better with weak side support defending but Mathews found the open ice on the opening goal.

Reminds me of a modern Hull. Just always in a good spot and has a lethal shot

I'd love Chychrun here. That's an affordable contract too for 2 years. He plays the right side although like Ekholm he's better on the left. That's a bit concerning but I'd still pull the trigger there

He's the best defenseman in the entire NHL at both transporting the puck out of the defensive zone and into the offensive zone. He's a stud on the right side in Phoenix. He plays mostly the Left side in Ottawa which is good versatility. He'd get that puck up to our star forwards as good as anyone. Playing next to Nurse would be incredible. You're right, he has a contract friendly salary. I'd buck up to make that happen.

Jenner has a very palatable contract too and he's a workhorse center. I'd be thrilled with either or.
