Mint is incidentally the most satisfying plant to grow if you're bad at growing plants. If you just water it and it gets sun on it a bunch, it goes f***ing wild. And you feel like a master horticulturalist.

The downside is just...you have a million leaves of mint to do something with. Which inevitably turns into copious Mojitos and also Mint Juleps (which are amazing but will f*** you up so bad).
