I don’t think we have any extra forwards on this trip other than Brock who’s not ready to play, so I would assume yes.So he is in for sure?
Boeser
Demko
- Skated in a non-contact jersey
- Will see how he is tomorrow; day-to-day
- Will not play against the Senators
Sasson
- Getting closer; strung some really good practices together
- Doesn’t know what game he’ll play
- Played in most of the net today
- Needs more practice time
Upcoming Game
- Has trended as a really good prospect
- Hard working guy
Brannstrom
- When worrying about results, you get in trouble
- Have liked their 5-on-5 play last couple of games
- Other teams are making a key plays while the Canucks aren’t
- Cavalry is coming back; mentions Miller, Demko, and Boeser
- Good for the young guys to play important minutes
- Has got better every game
- Made something out of the opportunity he got
It's been noted that Brannstrom has played sheltered minutes. Unshelter him, I say, at least for a few games. Management obviously thought at first that he wasn't even an NHL player. They were wrong. The should find out if they're wrong about him only being a bottom pairing guy.
It seems perverse not to give him that opportunity at this point, what with the way the rest of the bottom four has performed.
Yeah I'd go :
Hughes-Myers (much as I don't love this)
Brannstrom-Hronek
Desharnais/Juulsen-Soucy
And see what happens.
Just so everyone knows, Sasson has a real gud jawline

branstrom gonna continue his goal scoring streak. hes at 3 right now.
Yeah I'd go :
Hughes-Myers (much as I don't love this)
Brannstrom-Hronek
Desharnais/Juulsen-Soucy
And see what happens.
I’d also probably try Hughes -Brännström, whether in that configuration or the other.Yeah I'd go :

Desharnais/Juulsen-Soucy
And see what happens.
