Before EP40 signed his contract I was so worried he wanted out.

A few months later and he’s a top 5 albatross contract in the NHL.
There are definitely teams that will take a chance on him, hoping that all he needs is a change of scenery.

And that could actually be true, he might return to his old self if traded to a new team.

We'll have to sell low, but honestly it's worth it to get out of that contract. We can't take the chance that he doesn't figure it out...the team is doomed to mediocrity for the rest of its duration.

I don't know what else to say other than yet again, the opposing team is skating on to loose pucks and winning puck battles while the Canucks are waiting for loose pucks to come to them and not winning battles. It really just comes down to that. When they decide to show up and actually play they are great. But it seems like they know they have the ability to just turn it on at times and therefore coast because of it.

Last game the zone entry issue was on the coaches, today was just incredibly stagnant play by the team when they had possession. That’s not on the coaches, that’s on the players for refusing to move their feet in the offensive zone and standing still the whole time.

Theres only so much the coaches can do if the players are just going to stand around the whole time.

At what point is the onus on the players for just refusing to shoot? It’s insane

True that. At the same time who has so little control of their team they can't get them to listen to simple directions?

Either way.
