Don't know many 4th liners who have 24 points, but good job none the less.
I'm not saying he's bad, it's just that he's playing on the 4th line IRL so it's not really a huge loss.

Vancouvers feels we are ready to win the cup. 4 lines that can score. 6 very good defensmen and one of the best goaltending duos in the league
Sedin - Sedin - Burrows
Tambellini - Kesler - Raymond
Torres - Malhotra - Samuelsson
Hansen - Morrison - Glass
Edler - Ehroff
Phillips - Hamhuis
Ballard - Alberts
Salo
Lunogo
Schnieder
It's pretty entertaining when teams add great players and still point out that their team sucks.
I'm not so sure about this Lunogo guy but I like your team.
Heatley-Thornton-Marleau
Booth-Pavelski-Setoguchi
Clowe-Couture-Ferrerio
McGinn-Nichol-Mitchell
McCarty, Mayers
Boyle-Murray
Vlasic-Demers
Wallin-Braun
Joslin
Niittymaki
Stalock
While San Jose could certainly use a bit of help on the defensive end, I think we have the undisputed best offensive group in the league. We have one of the top three lines in the conference in Heatley-Thornton-Marleau and our second and third lines make pretty much every team in the league envious. We believe the pick up of David Booth for essentially prospects makes our team faster, grittier, and even more talented, an impressive feat. Finally, our fourth line is simply grit, defensive play, and speed.
Defensive help will come internally, through the improvements of Vlasic and Murray in the #2 and #4 spots, respectively. Both players have shown growth in their games in recent years, and have continued to do so today. Perhaps more importantly is the development of Jason Demers into a legitimate top 4 d-man, and Justin Braun as an immediate upgrade on the traded Kent Huskins. Braun brings an impressive offensive skill set including puck movement and a huge point shot. He makes rookie mistakes, but his offensive game overshadows them. Luckily, Niklas Wallin plays his best hockey with Braun making this a pretty solid third pairing.
8 standings votes in...the race for last is intense! Haha
actually the race for a few spots is close, so VOTE

Washington is close but I would give the edge to San Jose when it comes to offense.
However, I don't see them going really far in the playoffs because of their defense and goaltending.
His choice of a word was bad.
Chicago Blackhawks
Brouwer-Toews-Kane
Tanguay-Sharp-Hossa
Bickell-Bolland-Kopecky
Pisani-Dowell-Skille
Johnson/Hendry as extra forwards
Keith-Seabrook
Campbell-Hjalmarsson
Sekera-Leddy
Hendry/Boynton as extra dmen
Crawford
Turco
Hawks are deeper going into playoffs with acquisitions of Tanguay/Sekera
We believe we can contend with the rest of the West

Didn't see you acquired Hemsky, you've got a pretty solid argument in that case. I meant to put conference anyway. Ovy, Backstrom, and Semin are quite a bit better than Heater, Thornton, Marleau, but I'd take Booth, Pavs, Seto, Clowe, Couture, and Ferrerio over your 2nd and 3rd lines by a lot. 4th lines are a wash. Very close, but I wouldn't blame anyone for giving the team with Ovy the edge.
