Exactly this. At a certain point, you just have to make up your mind about a few of them either way. Hoarding and stockpiling them just denies them all opportunities and hinders their development and trade value. You just have to go "OK, these are our guys, let's do this." And you see if it works-you can turn some of the others who aren't in your plans into established players to fill out the roster, but not ones who are redundant or standing in their way. You always want to keep a strong prospect pool, but you can overstock it.
