last year nbc played nice with fsw for the 1st round right? then they took over on their networks from that point on i think

he looked good to me but i wasn't really watching D too carefully tonight

saw him get a little bit aggressive on a forecheck and came down to help in a board battle near the dots which obviously isn't something i'm used to seeing from kings D but i think that's the kind of stuff that's good to see in a young guy, a bit of aggression that maybe you can quell down with coaching
I remember that pinch, it wasn't too dangerous, but I was shocked by it. for a guy thrown right in I was damn impressed.

So where is the gif of Brownie catching the hat and putting it on his helmet as he went down the line in front of the bench? I am a little surprised it isn't up yet :P

Should be the new deal with it.

The division winner then gets punished for playing a Wild Card team that hapens to be from the Central division.

Possibly gets punished. Works out this year. But yeah, it's a half-assed compromise.

Okay... Now that was a really bad goal, Quick.

Disagree, it was tipped by the D, not much you can do on that, If that's not tipped, he stops it.

The goal I didn't like, was the 2nd goal, no excuse for that to go through him.

Brickley just looked the part, some people I know who follow college hockey pretty closely were just raving about his play this season.

And he fills in an age group 20-23 that is pretty weak for the Kings because of all the picks traded away in the last 5-6 years.

It's a nice signing, gonna be good to see what he can turn into after a year of pro hockey coaching etc, he made some mis timed pinches, lost coverage, but overall, solid showing for his first ever pro game.

At the meet the players event early in the season, I went there with the mission of getting Brown to sign my 2012 Cup commemorative book on his article page. Mission accomplished. That he had this type of bounce back season is very gratifying. A bonus memory of that night was that I only brought the book for signatures and I wasn't going to allow the other players in Brown's block to sign it who weren't part of that squad, so I had Mike Cammalleri essentially sign a napkin. Good times.

Well played.

A better alternative to cable TV. The only thing that sucks about it is that it doesn't have the best news channel there is, CNN.

I use YouTube TV. Only channel I'm lacking that I was used to with cable is NHL Network. But YouTube's all around package is what works best for me currently. The awesomeness of not being tied to a contract or any hardware is that I can switch at any time and try something new. I've tried Hulu Live TV and DirecTV Now as well. And it's really nice to be able to watch another event on your phone while at Staples during commercial breaks or intermissions if a team we're rooting against happens to also be on TV.
