criminally, criminally ignored factHaving Carter for those 55 games would EASILY be worth 3 more wins. And that is being VERY conservative. If you want to ignore that well, go ahead.
Your right, trade toffoli, Pearson, muzzin, Martinez, Carter, Kempe etc that's the answer?
Because it was, couldn't make a play? Carter says different.
It was a good game, your 82-0 expectations doesn't change that
So we should just keep the status quo if they miss again?
i'd like to see a few games with (theoretically) vilardi in the lineup but i wouldn't be averse to some changesSo we should just keep the status quo if they miss again?
F this team!
If they are going to miss the playoffs for the 3rd time in 4 years (which is very possible) with Kopitar having a season like this you just have to come to the realization that there is something really wrong and act accordingly.
Calgary's pretty much given up shutting Monahan down should be a good game
Is that going to be the excuse this season?
I really hope Blake thinks otherwise.
A better effort?? Seriously? They played much better than in Winnipeg
So your saying a healthy Carter changes nothing? Really?Yes because other teams don’t have injuries. Kesler can barely move, Thornton been out forever.
This team missed the playoffs in 2015, won 1 playoff game in 2016, missed the playoffs in 2017 and are currently out of the playoffs in 2018 but yes, the only thing wrong with the team was because of an injury.
it's not the only thing wrong, it's just a big thing wrongYes because other teams don’t have injuries. Kesler can barely move, Thornton been out forever.

So teams not in playoff contention are just expected to roll over?? It's still the NHL boysThey play down or below the level of opponents who aren’t in playoff contention. How many times have we seen them play subpar hockey? It’s been too often in the past four years. There’s a reason why they haven’t won a round of playoff hockey since 2014, and it isn’t because of the opponents.
4 shots in 3rd, 2 coming in the final 5 second by Brown.

This year Carter, last year quick year before playoffs hmmmmm go figure, injuries to star players DO affect thingsOfcourse he does. But let’s not also forget how well Kempe played in that role.
And other teams battle injuries too. If this weren’t 4 straight years of crap maybe I would buy the injury excuse but this is par for the course since 2014
A week ago the Ducks were three points up on us. Then they fell behind us, now we’re tied. It’s almost like it’s hard to get ahead in the NHL. Instead of acting like the world is ending, how about waiting to see how it ends before slitting our wrists? Nah. Better do it now.Yes because other teams don’t have injuries.
