Also, I like Bains and he’s a great story, but he’s not it. Don’t understand why he’s up and in over any of Aman, Raty or Karlsson. I get letting Lekkerimaki cook in the AHL, but any of those other vets are deserving of a look right now.

Hughes on the bench for the last nine minutes.......he isn't healthy. And I'm beginning to think that the injury is chronic, and may affect him the rest of the season.

And if that's the case--then time to run up the white flag on the season. They can't win with Hughes at 50-60 percent.

I agree with other posters. The only silver-lining is that this face-plant happened prior to the deadline. Still time to change the strategy, and begin stockpiling picks/prospects.
