So if Pens get a penalty, and then score, would that mean Skinner didn’t lose us the game? Since, we wouldn’t be shorthanded?

This is where I'm at, I'm not mad at him for what he did. He'll apologize to the team and make up for it, just sucks it was at the cost of 2 points (which apparently im not allowed to say and his penalty actually had no baring on the Penguins winning the game)

And we don’t know if we would have won if we don’t go shorthand. I see what you’re saying though, but it’s not like we were up a goal and then the pens tied it on the pp, it was a tied game so you can’t really say we win without the penalty.

The equivalent would be like turning the ball over promptly in OT in the NFL. Yea, it dooms you to almost a certain loss…but you still may have lost anyways
