The Ducks miss half their team yet they're somehow able to play.
Carter isn't fixing the team troubles. This is way bigger than just one position.Kings are being out hustled and missing assignments.Kings are really missing Carter.
I still support the changes made during the offseason, but I’m starting to wonder if Stevens is too much of a players coach for this group.

This is embarrassing to see a healthier Kings team vs a really bad injured Ducks team and already behind.
I dont really care if Quick flubs a goal a game. You should be able to rely on the rest of the team to score at least 2.
100%. I just think you can agree that he's been letting goals really early every game and that hurts the morale of the team.
I think it'd be great for Quick to take over a game ever so often, but we haven't seen that happen at all.
Super. He can trade Doughty for scraps and that will be the end.Blake will care, been reported he has a short leash and missing the playoffs isn't a option.Expect changes if things don't turn around soon.

I'm happy that he has been calling up the kids, it is what we have been asking for years but it looks like some of them are not cutting it so he does need to do some trades if they want to make the pos.Blake will care, been reported he has a short leash and missing the playoffs isn't a option.Expect changes if things don't turn around soon.
people underestimate how much balance he brings to the entirety of the lineup too. it's not so much a pure "we're missing 20-30 goals" thing as much as having an outrageously dangerous 2nd line forces opponents to do more line matching which means you don't just snuff out the top line and send out whoever against the rest of the lineup like what opponents can do now. jeff carter is an elite 2C, no question about it and that commands a lot of respect from opponentsCarter is extremely responsible. They miss that aspect in that game.
I think it's too early to say who's a what kind of coach.

i think he's saying that blake himself doesn't give out a long leash, that blake will make the changesWho said he's on a short leash? I don't like Blake but he's in an unwinnable position with the crap he's been dealt
Ducks have had the fortune of drafting well, and good goal tending today.
