That was an awful game for Chatfield, for sure.

Chatfield was a very good signing out of junior. Played a very Tanev-ish role with Sergachev down there. Obviously took awhile to find his way but I think it's not a huge surprise he developed into a low-event depth guy.

yes! because he got ruined!

his first pre-season here, he looked like he could legitimately challenge for the 7th dman spot. completely disappeared after that. but he looks exactly like he did in that first look here as he does in carolina now, so it's clearly an "us" problem.
