After the Murray deal, which costs the Leafs 10% more on the Mrazek deal, the draft is an F.

Giving a letter grade now, is ridiculous.

We had people praising some of Hunter's drafts (remember the love-in for Korshkov lol?), and now that we are at a time when players picked back then should be pushing for the NHL, the Leafs prospect cupboard is bare.

I give Dubas an A-. That trade to dump 3.8mil for virtually nothing except the glamor of a 1st round selection was a fabulous move. I also really like their approach to the draft going after intelligence and leadership as opposed to high end skill. That's what they need to do for the bottom 6. I'm not going to pretend to know what these kids, can only assess the approach

Yep. Good distribution of picks too. And we've got a healthy prospect pool. Certainly not "mortgaging our future". In fact, pretty above average for teams in our position.

Yes he has certainly invaded this organization and the minds of many of the people here in the city. I still haven't seen his tanks rolling yet, but I suspect it will happen soon after he rolls out.
