We wont solve that position with later round picks. By the time they are ready to solve anything we will have a problem on the right side.
The right side has Brook, Fleury and Juulsen, and we still have Weber and Petry for awhile. I like these 3 new Left defenseman, especially Struble, I think this kid will really impress.

Constantine's the kind of coach who will win you games but doesn't do much for player development or for the fans hoping for an entertaining game. Good coach on paper but eh...

Gianni's main weakness is he has to get more physical, especially along the boards. His strength is rushing the puck up ice and passing, he's not bad on the PP either.

How is his shot? Slap shot from the point, wrist shot?

Except some posters that are not usually overly pessimistic are dumping on our picks.

I have Romanov pick flashbacks all over. Our 3 LD picks are underscouted, just like Romanov and Harris were. These 2 looks like 2 good picks now, but the majority of the posters were upset at the picks, because they probably haven't seen or read anything on them. It doesn't mean they're not the right picks at their spots. I'd rather wait another year before being upset about a pick.

Fairbrother wasn't really underscouted, other 2 were tho. Fairbrother is a high end (in juniors ofc) 2 way dman.

He's very likely to become another Fleury-esque steal.

Anybody could compare him to the ones we let go of Tyszka and Walford? You think he's got more upside?

Yes, Tyszka and Walford were trash picks. Well to be fair Tyszka was an interesting gamble in the 5th but i wasn't a fan of him regardless, he had offensive upside tho.

Fairbrother is a Fleury quality prospect, you can tell he's a stud just by watching him play.

Oh wow, that's great then! I'll trust you guys on this one. I'm one of those that's actually quite happy with the direction taken in the draft.
