I like Fairbrother and what he brings, but he has by far the worst plus minus on the team at -14. Dello is somehow the best at plus 21!

Fairbrother is barely 20 and is a first year player.
I watched him play almost every game he has played this season and +/- in his case hasn't reflected his play specifically but more of the 5 man unit.
I get he's 20. I've watched all his games too. Obviously he has things to work on, but I do like him. There's a lot of guys like him out there, so I'm not sure what his chances are. We'll see. The D prospects haven't been this crowded in a long time. It's just too bad there isn't a projected top pair guy yet.
I hope this kid seizes his opportunity because he is very young and showed some good things in the AHL last season.

Most important thing for him will be like Mailloux to stay healthy. He gots tools that could make him an interesting 3rd pair guy

He hasn't played 20 uninterrupted games in a row since 2019 or something crazy like that. The guy needs a full injury free season in the worst way. He's quite good when he's on the ice and he's not all rusty or rehabbing something.
