I know Brodin was very disapointed that he didn't get to play at the Olympics, im not so sure he'll come.

Still too young to say no, it's not like Michael Nylander was happy not to play in the Olympics in 2006. We'll see, but i think redemption is a stronger feeling for these guys than bitterness. They do often not come this far with an attitude other than that.

I would go if I was Alfie. If I am to quit hockey, why not play a last time for Tre kronor while you still are fit - you'll will never get to play again at top level.

Zetterberg and Ericsson will obviously decline due to injury and I believe Kronwall's girlfriend is having a baby so I doubt he'd be going either. Nyquist should go, and I think there's a slight chance that Franzén and Alfredsson might accept. Samuelsson and Andersson aren't getting invited.

Kronwall's wife just had the kid. Don't see why older guys like Mule and Alfie would go, either. Franzén barely cares about the team that pays him.
