That is a possibility if Znarok loses control of his players.If the earlier pattern continues, he'll be fired after a few years like Bykov and Bilyaletdinov.
From what I have read about Znarok he is an extremely authoritarian man and an "old school Russian coach". He does not tolerate any dissent from his players. But at least in this tournaments players seemed to like playing for him.
Coach Bill clearly lost control of his players last year. Znarok brought back the authoritarian methods that Russians need to be successful.
