Merk with a goal. Curious to hear thoughts on the Merk Pots Lett line. All 3 will be needed in Boston when injuries hit the team. Good to see 2 players not give up after being sent down.

Poitras and Duran playing very good hockey
Providence up 4-0
Viel from Millman, great power move
Lettieri from Mitchell and Poitras
Poitras from Edward and Tufte

Harrison makes it 5-0
From Brunet and Viel
Harrison had done next to nothing this game and got a lucky bounce off his skate

Some positive things down in providence this weekend? How has Edward’s looked ? Glad to see our young forwards getting hot

If you watch that last clip from Bruins network he’s does a nice move at the blue line then throws a skip pass to a wide open Poitras

Very good assist there IMO

Nice to see Providence pair up talent with talent. Merkulov and Poitras have been great together. I feel like we usually see lines like Viel-Brown-Lysell.
Viel has 2 more goals than Lysell and is tied for 5th on the team in goals. Just saying.

Chemistry in Providence might = chemistry in Boston. Just give them a defensively responsible PJ Axelsson type wing and let them rip.

Sould have called up Regula. Or left him up

Yep. But I guess they felt he wasn't good enough to play NHL minutes so had to risk waivers. It was that or send McLovin down to keep him right? Unless I am wrong (and I well could be) they don't have the cap space to have kept him up without sending someone down?

They had enough space. There are a lot of things they are doing with prospects I don't like. But then, according to them, I should be careful about what I say, and again, according to them, I should send them a message in private and not public.

Now I know how Bruins media feels.

Only @Gee Wally really knows what I'm talking about and when I showed him the message from the Bruins in which they said "we saw your post" Wally called them thin skinned.

I have literally been pissed off for two days and it takes a lot to piss me off

I'd rather he was in Maine playing every night but then he wouldn't get to spend nearly as much time with Adam McQuaid. I can tell you McQuaid absolutely loves him. So I guess there are benefits to him being in Providence. I also question whether they are trying to develop him as a LD or a RD. He has spent the last, almost 2 full seasons playing on the right, but it's been a mixed bag in Providence.

I can only echo @neelynugs in saying wow. Just wow. They ought to have bigger things to concern themselves with that with what hockey writers say publicly about how they do things. Sorry, man, that just sucks.
