Mitchell Lewandowski with two more tonight. He's now outscored his entire USHL season from last year (15 goals in 50 games with the Steel) with 17 goals for the Spartans. I wonder if someone throws a late rounder his way to lock up his rights for a few years come the draft.

Elsewhere, curling has broken out in the Penn State Michigan St game where Pavleychev just basically pushed the Spartans' goalie into the net to score a goal like some sort of curling stone... and amazingly, they count it.

Buffalo State earned the #3 seed and split the season series with Potsdam.
The Bengals are led by 6 players with 20+ points and have 12 players with double digit points!
Anthony Passero leads the team with 28 points while Mac Wood leads with 13 goals this year!
Ian Sylves racked up 14 wins and will look to shut the door tomorrow!
A win tomorrow night and Buffalo State will travel to Geneseo on Saturday for a semi-final game!
A loss and the Bengals season is over. So safe to say we prefer to see a win!!

So if sabres trade away roster players, it would be a big opporunity to sign NCAA and give them an opportunity to play in the NHL right away. Any thoughts on possible targets?
