Kessel and Hall playing like the players they were acquired to be make Arizona a pretty good team. Kuemper helps as well. We could sure use a goalie like Kuemper right now.
Is he scoring a lot of 5 on 5 goals?

Pittsburgh is going to lose. We either get another top 15 pick or an unprotected 1st next year. An unprotected first from a team that went 7-9-1 after the deadline and was outed in the play-in round by the 12th best team in the conference
I would as well. But, I don’t think it’s as big a deal as some others on here. The chance of them still giving us the pick even if it’s top 15 was enough for me.Gun to head, I think I'd still rather have the 1st this year, but it's pretty close.

No ideaWhat's the deadline now, draft day? I know it was June 1 before but obviously that has changed.

Business as usual for meIsn't the Pittsburgh pick guaranteed to be #15? If they don't win the lottery that is. Since they are the best team in these qualifiers.
I'm almost certain that they will keep the pick. I'm sure they are 100% expecting to make the playoffs next year so #15 now will be higher not to mention the value in time (1st round pick is more valuable now than next year).
So really what's going to happen is that Wild fans will be hoping some really bad luck for Pens next season.
50/50 chance that Pens pick ends up #1 overall next year.Preach.
Up to 10th at worst now with Montreal moving on, right?
Is there any extremely early consensus on how good the '21 draft class will be?
It is so hard for me not to go back to the trade boards and ask the Edmonton fans if they still think Brodin would play on their 3rd pair after watching this disaster. They are so bad in their zone.
If I was a Pens fan and he gave up this years pick? I would be out of my mind upset. It will be weak, which is why I still prefer 15 this year.
Also can't help but wonder if JR has taken note of the few teams that have been burned by moving unprotected firsts in the last few years, and would also prefer to give 15 over an unprotected first.
