Ronnie Sundin knees Eric Cole-total cheapshot-he gets only two minutes
US gets a scoring chance, Backman pushes the net off on purpose-No Call
But god forbid Doug Weight's helmet fall off...

Except that those WERE penalties. Clear penalties too, hooks, cheap knees, etc.MartinFr said:How can you say that the refs are on crack when you've got 2 5on3?

Now Rolston's getting a penalty? ****ing ridiculous. You Swedes are delusional, the refs are helping you.

So im not sure what hocky you are watching but it cant be NHL since its not allowed to play without a helmet there either. The only difference is that in international hockey you are not allowwed to continue playing if you loose your helmet. Its to prevent injury and it defenatly should be added to NHL rules too in my oppinion. Anything to protect the players.
