Hey, Sweden had 35 minutes of PP. More than half of the game, like come on here. They had a 3-0 lead. If we are going to be brutally honest here? It's not a coin toss at all. If anything, it's a complete disaster to lose such a game.
35 penalty minutes is irrelevant, we had very undisciplined second period. So a disastrous second period for team Finland followed by a disastrous 3rd period for team Sweden. First period was as even as it could have been. 3vs3 by its nature is always a Coinflip. Conclusion: that's the definition of a coinflip game, i don't know why you keep insisting that it wasn't?
Regarding your comment being cocky? You are wrong. I´m humble and I don't think Finland has been that good in this tournament, but the one doesn't exclude the other? Finland were still better than Sweden. If you want to analyze even more? Do you believe Sweden would've been able to turn things around against Jalonens Finland as the finns managed to do? My opinion is no, without hesitating. And why then? Because they've been really good defensively 5v5.
I don't know how to argue with a speculative game which is not going to happen anyway - so i won't. I just think team Sweden had two nailbiter games against Russia and Finland. Well, 3, if you count the Canada game. So i don't know why you keep insisting that they weren't nailbiters?
No disrespect meant with the cockiness comment
