It wasn't a whole lot better upstairs. Other than the Chicago game a few years ago during the snowstorm, I don't recall being at a game with so few people.
Announced attendance was 10,901. I think that's the lowest in quite some time, no? Wasn't the low, non-snow attendance last year something like 11k and change, which itself was a non-snow low? Either way, if what they said about the opener being the most profitable regular season game ever was true, the number doesn't really matter. If they ever start winning, they'll fill the building, and will have more cash flow. Maybe this will lead to them being a cap team in 5+ years.
