I think Dubas will be targeting guys that dont get qualified due to their qualifying offer. Theres always a couple decent 23-24 year olds that get let go.

This is why you don’t spend money on bottom pair dmen or 4th liners. Every year there are perfectly reasonable replacements for cheap.
