Carter has been fine this year. He hasn't been a problem, at least not yet.

I get that it's only game 2. But I haven't see him do anything. There's no gas left in the tank. What has he done that's been "fine"?

Not that it's any sort of surprise, but Malkin looks substantial better in the regular season than the pre-season. Who could have guessed this team doesn't care about the pre-season?

Also even PP2 is generating chances. I know people don't like Letang as a PPQB but having a Letang caliber guy on PP2 is legit insane.

He got a stick on the puck when Carlson tried to keep the puck in (after Carter's line couldn't clear it to get off the ice for like two and a half minutes).
