It’s early for the chatter. But in your question… tailor the system to the personnel. He’s asking a bunch of nitwits to play smart and disciplined hockey. When you do that, you neuter what skills are there. Additionally, change up the defensemen. You don’t have to run Kylington on the top pairing or CDH at all. If you’re going to be soft there, at least have skill.
