I feel disgusted by what has become of that franchise. We used to be so much better than that as a team and that goes for the coaching staff and GM. Playoffs used to be a sure thing. We are in terrible shape and I don't like where we're heading.

What's telling is it's actually the new guys creating most of the offense. The old guys aren't doing ****.

Jagr, Brunner, and Ryder are all producing at a decent pace. Problem is guys we needed to play well like Zajac and Henrique haven't looked very good.

CBJ played a great defensive game though. They were on the puck WAY harder than the Devils. Zubrus has become Clarkson, spending most of the game on his ass. Brunner is softer than pudding. Defensive gaffes, zero point shots, wishful centering passes from the wing leading to nothing.

I am beginning to sour on the system. I think I want a TRAP and a WIN more than possession.
