Forward units are understandable. D pairings have 2 lefties (Edmundson & Schueneman), and 2 righties (Kovy & Wideman) playing together, instead of L-R pairings.

Drouin in between 2 big guys.
Evans with Hoff & Gallagher recreating the line that had some success, but with Dvorak.
All the 4th line/spare parts on 4th line.
Leaving 2 young guys, Farrell & Ylo, with Suzuki.

What do you expect, it's a pre season game...oh wait

We gonna win tonight. Win big.

Drouin gonna score a hat trick, get signed to 5 x 6.5 deal.

It's happening. You know it's happening.

The question is how many should be in the line-up to begin with........

The top 6 injured is better than the one on the ice

Slafkovsky - Dach - Caufield
RHP - Monahan - Anderson

I'm very curious to see if Farrell continues to read Suzuki well. One of the very first things I noticed about him in their limited time together was that awareness a player should have when playing with Nick. Ylonen on the other hand is a conundrum for me. He does so many things well and yet lacks a certain ability to make the right play at the right time even though he is in full control. His time spent with Suzuki has been very disappointing IMO.
I would hope that most of our player's are aware of the fact that giving Suzuki the puck in open space and going is not a bad option.

Well it only took almost an entire season to get our Tank D in place. :sarcasm:
