Above average - the best the Islanders have seen in a long long time. However, he was too inconsistent for the Blues. He's far more than serviceable.

I consider he and Bob Tier 2 goaltenders with Bob being near the top and Halak toward the bottom. I hope that someday I can call Bob one of the elite, Tier 1, goaltenders.

Foligno is hilarious. I'm still not 100% sold on Bob, but he's a great teammate. Actually I'm sold on Bob, just not at 7+ million. He may not be consistent enough for those dollars, but he's the best goal tender we've ever had. Sadly his stats have gotten worse every year since his first season here. Even this month is GAA isn't anything to be all that impressed with.
