The B's play much better when they are not gripping their sticks to tight. I hate to see the slumping shoulders . I want some swagger tonight !!!!

I hope they get off to a good start and win. I did not have high expectations but their winning streak got me hopeful that they would at least make the playoffs. I want the young players to get the playoff experience.

GO B's !

Playoff experience for young players Pastrnak Carlo Spooner etc is invaluable. If for any reason, I hope they make it in just for the action for the youth

even if they beat the Islanders tonight, Boston has a much tougher schedule. Boston plays two non playoff teams in the next 7 games whiles NYI play five non playoff teams with a game in hand

Unfortunately, a 4 game losing has likely sealed their fate. Not good enough to make the playoffs and not bad enough to get a decent drafting spot. Can't get much worst than that over the last three years.

I'm hopeful, but not confident...

And, I would like to have seen Cehlarik called up to ride with Krecji and Pasta

Alright if this is true then I'm done apologizing for this guy. I've been one of his biggest supporters, but enough is enough.

Well if he's injured he's injured.

Seems like some folks around here think pro athlete = machine

He played 3 games 4 days near the end of a long season, a season he started out injured, not surprised at all he's injured again.

I called it in the tuukka rask thread that I was waiting for him to pull his mysterious illness on the biggest game of the year like he does every year. Looks like he does it again for this game.

Could be a good thing TBH. We all know Rask has been awful, but you still have to start him regardless if he's healthy.

Islanders go to a shootout vs. Penguins last night, in a game that saw close to 90 shots on goal. Realistically, Bruins should have a leg-up playing a team on a back-to-back. Surely our beloved Bruins will capitalize on that... right???
