This team is pretty inconsistent right now from period to period and game to game.
You have Georgiev in net you're trying to f***ing win 2-1? Bullshit. That was our worst offensive period of the season.

What does that even mean, we played a shit team with half of their roster injured, including two of their best players. Whooptif***ingdo we gave up only 6 shots. This was unacceptable.

That period was so boring it made an Islander game seem exciting. Rangers weren't able to apply as much forechecking pressure as they did early in the game, give the Devils credit they move the puck out of their zone really well. Thankfully the Rangers were fairly sound in the defensive zone and didn't give up much.

Dude this game is meaningless aside from the 2 points. We know this is a good team. Who cares if we don’t put up 100 goals on this team. All that matters is that we get 2 points especially with our back up in net. This is what you expect out of a road game with your backup in net. Safe game

Considering literally no shot is safe with Georgiev a safe game is giving him goal support. If this team can't both score and defend and have to get 1 shot on goal to be able to defend well that doesn't bode well for the playoffs.
