That was Jackets of old last night. Dominate a lot of the game, but not be able to score, and when they do, they give up a goal before the goal is even announced and then let in a softy to lose the game. Disappointing end to the night.

As far as Calvert calling Nash gutless, Bob started that by slashing his stick away, I would have expected any Jacket to of reacted that way if a goalie did that to one of us.

Pisses me off that as of now, Nash gets the last laugh. His team is ahead in points, his team took care of his old team his first time back in the building, his team is looking more and more a lock for the playoffs. Columbus meanwhile might not even be in a playoff position next time they take the ice...

Don't get what happened to our offense because if we were scoring at our normal ability we'd have only lost one game probably since the break, but now the powerplay is awful.

What happened was that our forwards were scoring at an unsustainably high percentage. We simply don't have the talent to be a top-10 GF team which was an issue that got neglected at the deadline.

Unfortunate loss last night, I was there and enjoyed the game… The Rick Nash drama was worth going by itself. I think, had we not given up the goal 44 seconds after Foligno scored we may have won…

Not much to say other than the fact I wish we had some bona fide top six scoring other than Joey and Arty…

Gotta win tomorrow, if not 3 losses out 4 games will be hard to overcome…

I think there's only one of our scorers who's percentage is too high, and that's Foligno (my favorite player), the guy who scored. I'm not buying this LOFT thing anymore, we've got a decent amount of talent, unfortunately its only one top liner and then loads of second liners.

Well if one good thing came out of this game, it is the end of the Nash loving era. I am probably the most anti-Nash person around. Could not stand him since his "ride the bikes to conserve energy for the Olympics" phase. I was delighted when we traded him. Glad to see he finally showed his true colors.

I still like Nash, and I loved the drama. I've got no problem with the rough stuff from all parties involved. Playoff hockey boys. The only thing that gets me is that having watched Nash play roughly 700 NHL games, I can only think of a handful of games where he has played with that much emotion. It reinforces my sentiments that the trade was the best thing that happened to this team. I still love the guy, great player and human being, glad he's not on my team.
