IDK why i'm watching this. It's been pointed out a lot but there is a difference between an entertaining bad team and a boring bad team. These guys are definitely the latter.

If i wanted to watch a team that can't score and actively make me want to take some nyquil so i can just sleep through, i'd throw on Blue Jays highlights from last season.

There's a lot of shitty teams in the league. Feels like it's flying under the radar but outside of like 8 teams (atlantic top 3, Washington, Carolina, the Central top 3) the parity/competition is in the gutter.

You could usually blame this on the dregs of the league feeding everybody wins ala the AL Central beating up on the White Sox for free playoff spots in baseball, but that doesn't explain why it feels like 2/3rds of the league are anywhere from mediocre to outright trash.

Even the west, which has been traditionally the stronger conference has a team at essentially 500 with OT losses in the last wild card spot.

Vegas are not winning no Cup that's for sure.And they lead their division is funny part.

That division is cannon fodder assuming Colorado, Dallas and Winnipeg all don't kill each other trying to get out of the Central.

Vegas doesn't have the depth they once had, Edmonton has reverted to "eh let McDavid and Drai figure it out" after depth got them to the cup final (gee that sounds familiar) and LA is just mid. Calgary and Vancouver also have zero business being anywhere near playoff spots.

People underestimate just how bad the truly horrible BAD teams are. Sharks & Blackhawks are dreadful. The Predators have been a clown show this year. The Sabres had a 13 game losing streak & as I'm typing this they just gave up a goal to a guy who committed a penalty & couldnt even touch the puck. The Bruins are just a very uninteresting kind of bad.
