Can't believe they are benching Brod instead of Reaves. I can understand getting Kegger on that line so it's a speedy trio, but f***ing Reaves is such a goddamn plug.

Reaves is Gallant's Glass. Guy brought over from a former spot and is supposed to bring toughness, at least he's more tough than Glass and a better hockey player.

the 4th line was responsible for 2 bad sequences one of which led to the 1st goal.

Hes got good straight line speed, his speed with the puck is not good. Solid forechecking because again straight line speed. Laf isnt the fastest guy but he doesn't slow down at all while puck handling, and thats true for almost every elite player.

But that goal was on Reeves. If you bench someone for McKegg, it's not Brod.

I actually enjoy TNT and the desk. It's better than ESPN or NBC

NBC gave hockey the respect it deserved. Games were on national TV all the time with at least a 30 minute pregame show.

I'm fine with getting the big guy in games and keeping him happy. He's a big part of the leadership group and locker room. I am also fine with Kegger getting in. Brodz has been fantastic and probably deserves to dress but I like how team first oriented our locker room seems to be. Let's get everybody into some games down the home stretch.

I understand that but it would be an upgrade. He should really consider it. Motte’s hustle can draw penalties and negates icings for skilled players
