Am I the only one that doesn't think mckegg is a good skater? Hes not a speedster and I never see him create separation with skating. Maybe he was good 10 years ago but he's very average at all areas of skating imo.

Hes got good straight line speed, his speed with the puck is not good. Solid forechecking because again straight line speed. Laf isnt the fastest guy but he doesn't slow down at all while puck handling, and thats true for almost every elite player.

Good point by Carter. With the crackdown on cross checking net front, there’s no way to move Kreider. And the scoring has jumped.

I'm fine with getting the big guy in games and keeping him happy. He's a big part of the leadership group and locker room. I am also fine with Kegger getting in. Brodz has been fantastic and probably deserves to dress but I like how team first oriented our locker room seems to be. Let's get everybody into some games down the home stretch. I wonder if GG dresses Hajek or Gaut the rest of the season.
