Both these goals were so pretty.

Lots of blue jerseys just standing around...

I don't know if anyone noticed the play Toffoli made on the Richards goal. No assist, but he created that turnover. Nearly threw the Winnipeg player into the bench with a hit.

I can only assume that Toffoli will never play in Manchester again.

Gaborik adds such a different dimension to this team. Before it was team just had to shut down Kopi and Carter. Now that they've added Gaborik it spreads the talent out, and now teams have to focus on 3 lines.

Gabby I think you'll find score goals a lot like Lucky used to...He picks up a lot of trash around the net. If you look at his goals on NHL.com over the last couple years you'll actually be surprised at how much time he spends within a foot or so of the crease.

If he's healthy and he back checks, he's going to be invaluable. His presence on the ice alone on the PP will improve things. This is a guy who makes chicken salad out of chicken **** all the time. You have to pay attention to him.

Opens things up for other guys. I'd rather see him on the right side, but if the Kings keep winning, it just doesn't matter.

Yup. Just his 3rd game back from a broken collerbone. Still getting his legs under him. One thing I noticed with him is he seemed to drift over to that right side in the offensive zone.

Gabby will gel. i like the mix of sheer top end talent with Williams sticky/greasy style along with Kopitar's game. give that line a lot of options when it comes generating plays in different ways.

love AMart's goal. i love when he gets on the board, because it's harder for them to scratch him. that was a rat hockey goal. make a move and defenders standing around watching him. hey whatever, LA needed that goal. it doesn't say much about WPG's mindset and fight imo

i think tonight was one of the best games Voynov has played this season. he was finally taking the body and getting position on guys all night. he kept getting matched against Byfuglien and held his own while easily giving up 50+ lbs

Why do people always feel the need to compare AMart and Muzzin, just appreciate what they both offer since they are both in the lineup and probably for good.

Greene can't be counted on anymore, what little footspeed he has is gone. And McNabb will be an option next year.

lol @ that replay:

Looking good and loving it. Let's keep the streak going. Can't wait until that top line heats up. Onto the next game, GO KINGS!

And in Staples Center, the "hit of the game" would be some lame Kings hit on a Jet. I really wish they were real on the "hit of the game" choices, that one might be "hit of the year."

Adding a thought, do you think Muzzin is going to get some ribbing from his teammates on that one? (Rhetoric question.)

Utter domination by this team. Shots were 41-18. Unreal. This team was already playing great, but adding Gaborik gives them a whole new gear. He looked real good tonight and could have had a couple goals.

He looked a lot better today than he did against the Leafs on Monday. Definitely started seeing the chemistry growing between him and Kopi as the game went along, those two are going to be fun to watch together.

That Richards goal is so sexy it's unbelievable. What a shot! Takes you back to the Gretzky era.

I agree Herby.

Two totally different styles of player and two totally different mindsets too.

Muzzin has gotten significantly better from when he entered the league and give him another season and I think he will be just fine. If he were on other teams I think he would be highly regarded.

Marty is really just being Marty. This is the kid that I saw play way back when and then in Miami OH and now finally as a King. I knew it then and it is true today, give him a chance to prove himself and and he will every time. I think he will get even better as time goes on. There is still a bit more skill that will come with time.

Happy to see them doing so well and we have a few other kids who are going to look just as good on our blue line pretty soon.

Great game by Kings. Winnipeg held with them in the first but the Kings relentless 4 line attack just wore down the Jets who just don't have that depth.

Gaborik looked really good despite his lack of points. Made some plays happen and was inches from a couple of goals.

LOVED the game of Voynov today. Kept the pucks in many times during key moments, made all the right reads. Looked really good.

This was how the Kings played in the playoffs, rolling at teams that just can't handle that depth. I think LA will putting on the afterburners down the stretch here.
