First time saying this... Thought it was Stützle and Sanderson, but holy hell.

Brady Tkachuk IS the Ottawa Senators. Absolute goosebumps.

All props to Dylan Cozens on a career high 9 hits too. That trade was a win on day 1 and will be paying dividends for years to come, neverming the Zetterlund addition. We're finally here folks!

All the haters saying Brady should be traded, should be stripped of the C, blah blah blah.

Try enjoying having the best powerforward in the league leading this team.

The guy is a goddamn stud. We are lucky to have him.

Thought Cozens kept it simple, showed some physicality, size, and wheels.

His ability to skate the puck up the ice will be huge for this team. Stutzle is currently the only guy who can consistently skate in zone entries.

Very solid win and comeback. I thought we outplayed the rangers most of the game, they got super lucky with that first goal on Ullmark.

Very impressed with Brady and Cozens today.

I think my Tkachuk theory has a lot of legs right now, that he was too anxious about that 4 Nations tournament and wasn't fully focused on the NHL season. He has looked much much better since he came back from injury than the 2 months before the tournament.

Only need Batherson and Ullmark to find their grooves.

Great game by Tkachuk after yesterday, he makes so many unbelievable little plays for opportunities on net that go unnoticed & scores when it is needed most. The guy is incredible & keeps getting better.

I thought we got a bit loose trying to tie it up but overall I agree, and NYR are a tough team to play against when you're down,

Batherson has been using his body the last two and creating, hopefully he can gel with Cozens

I hope now people REALLY start believing in this team. Was distressing reading comments throughout here where it was quite often just dumping on your favourite whipping boy, or crying about not showing up in a "must win" game.

This team has been really good for most of the year, the schedule has been brutal, and there have been key injuries which couldn't be addressed properly with the lack of depth left behind by Dorion. There's been a few stinkers along the way, but every team has those, and Ottawa has continued to show perseverance throughout.

This is a playoff team. The must win games are for everybody else trying to keep up now.

I think the 4 Nations really increased his motivation to play in big games. He was noticeable in those games and he got a taste of what its like to be in the playoffs.

So glad he went

Time to bump 'the thread'?🤔

Yep, he was playing great before the tournament & his game grew from that tournament where he dominated at times & his game is still growing. He is becoming the premier power forward in the NHL, he does so many things well.

Yeah, but my point was how he was not himself for weeks before the tournament

He used to have very good chemistry with Norris. But yeah I think he just needs a mental refresh. Hopefully Cozens allows him to feel different and in control
