I didn't stay up but the D didn't look great on those goals allowed and the late goal hurts but how'd the B's look overall?

good in stretches, not so good in others. My opinion is you live and die by the sword of aggressive play and the B`s got caught too often and at the wrong times playing that way.

Now, to be fair, had they buried their chances, this game would have been 5-3 for the good guys but they didn`t

looked at it a bunch of times, still don`t see it

Had that been called correctly the obvious Duck offside goal would have been callled back. How the refs missed that is questionable? That loss is totally on the refs. Not one to complain about refing but really that game was handed to ducks.

I`ve seen games reffed better that`s for sure but the B`s missed opportunities which had little to do with the refs too

DK and the Bergeron line were really good. 83 had a rough night as CMiller. Bad puck luck. At least two Anaheim goals came in cause bad puck management by Bruins and luck. Also an offside.....on one of them. The fourth goal is on Nash. Really bad puck management and bad turnover in o zobe. Smelled it rigth away when it happened. Bruins were the better team.... but again loss. Pastrnak goal went on the wrong side.

The play in their own end was atrocious tonight. Outside of that, you probably can't come up with a handful of guys that played well for us this game. Can't expect a win in California like that.

Anyways, interesting to see how they respond.

I didn't watch the game, too late for me, and will miss tonight's game too. I always sleep with my iPad next to me though...it seems like these California runs always disappoint.

Let's see how the team responds to their first loss under the new coach. It was too early to tell if the new approach would last after 4 wins, it is certainly too early to tell after 1 loss.

yep, didn`t like their play in the D zone, too loose and were aggressive when they didn`t need to be, not aggressive enough when they should have been IM untrained opinion

not surprised we lost.
went to bed after the first and even though we were up 1-0, we looked sloppy and gave up some good shorthanded chances.

I figured we go 2-1-1 on this trip.

Ill say OT loss tonite and win Sunday

vatrano looking great out there by the way.

if we can get a solid RW for him and spooner , we will have a deadly top 3 lines.

Not even going to bother looking up the goalie interference because I don't feel like getting angry at something that's never going to change. When watching the goal highlights and hearing ANA crew talk about Boston already having used a challenge, I had my suspicions.

Rask absolutely has to save either the second or third goal, though. Preferably both. He usually does. Other than that, doesn't seem like it was a bad game at all? Hate getting 0 points out of games where we were the better team or at least easily could've prevented dropping points at all.

They had there chances. Puck didn't bounce there way, it happens.

Cool moment when buddy asked his girlfriend for her hand in marriage. She in her Marchand jersey and him in his Bergeron jersey. Of course she said yes.

Next up for the B's Darryl Sutters LA Kings.

go Bruins...

Why didn't we have our timeout at that point?

Because Butch used it on the Marchand goalie interference "coaches challenge." He was right but asking these ****bag refs to police themselves is a waste of time. Jack Edwards has said "every goal is reviewed by Toronto" but why not just leave it at that and have TO look at each and every goal and take the final word out of these buffoons hands!?!?!!!!!!

I know that the B's blew it with non saves by Rask and ugly mistakes throughout the lineup but they really don't need poor officiating pushing them into the grave too.

Every team misses glorious opportunities every game, scoring is tough to do in this league. The fact is the refs didn't do their job tonight on 2 goals that directly affected the outcome of this game.

Bruins really had some bad luck, how many posts and crossbars did DK hit last night.Refs sucked the big one for sure. They just didn't bury there great scoring chances ,they could have had 6 or 7 goals easy. However there defence was brutal last night which we all new that it was ,has been for awhile now. Will be interesting to see how they respond and play tonight hope they don't go back into the defensive mode ,Julian style let's face it if Bruins had better luck and some better reffs and won 7-4 or something like that we would all be happy.Personally don't want to go back to the boring defensive style and loose 2-1 or2-0.Last night was an exciting game to watch .

riley nash blew this game for the bruins to get at least one point. Had the puck on his stick with 2-1/2 minutes to go in regulation turns the puck over on a very weak play on his part ducks go the other way and score. Nash had a potential 4 on 2 break but for no apparent reason slows down try's to make a marchand spin move and caughs up puck inside ducks blueline . He should have cycled puck down low or took a shot directed at net. Do not know what he was thinking, his offensive instincts are worse than jimmy Hayes. No wonder Carolina hurricanes gave up on him. For Sweeney to sign him was another terrible move. He should sit tonight and they should put Shaller in for him.

Krug chased Manson around the net on that goal.. That was just bad.

Berniers glove side looks like swiss cheese.
