Big team, but we're far more skilled. I like our chances.

Just saw the Kane play. The Hawk's announces were acting like Petrovic took off his skate and sliced Kanes jugular. Petrovic barely touched him and Kane just fell awkwardly into the boards

would rather play the Hawks in rd 1. Get them while we're fresh and the momentum could catapult the Blues a long way

I was responding to another poster's scenario in where we're locked into the 2nd spot. With Kane being injured for Chicago, I was postulating the possibility that they drop to a WC spot, and one of Minnesota or Winnipeg takes #3.

If we can't get #1, we'd better hope Chicago drops to the WC, is the takeaway point.
