No one cares
Does Armia draw in?

He was quite the supportive teammate after yesterday’s win, greeting all Hab players making their way into the dressing room.

Until … MSL walks in and at that point, Armia’s hands are immediately withdrawn.

Here’s the sequence (no sound) and you’ll see Armia’s reaction at the end.

Brrr...Chilly!

It was an awful trade the minute it was announced. Had all the hallmarks of the St Patrick deal - they were rushed & meh return reflected lack of leverage
I went to Dallas with my dad to see a game about a month after the trade and of course Ribeiro was the first star...

Anyone want to see Newhook with Caufield. I was listening to NHL radio and they were talking about the speed with which Larkin and Debrincat play together. Made me think it would be interesting to see Newhook with Caufield. We would need a a big body to go along with them, but it might be an interesting duo to try for a game or two.

I would then try Suzuki with Slaf, just to give the kid a chance. I don't think it would necessarily spark Suzer, but who the hell knows.

Anderson - Newhook - Caufield
RHP - Suzuki - Slaf
Pearson - Money - Gally **this seems to actually work**
Pezz - Evans - Ylonen
Just have
RHP-Suzuki-Anderson (last year's end of season line)
Caufield-Newhook-Slaf

Lol throw him out against JERSEY ffs
Poor kid

Lol it's interesting
But odds are, because the coach always heads in first, he probably already propped Joel, and then turned back to prop every player coming in, before heading back in again last
Sink or swim baby. It will make Primeau a better person, of that I am sure.

start him in 2nd half of B2B against good teams is one way to get him through waivers
Most GM's aren't that stupid. They can evaluate the scenario of a player who hasn't played in a month for a team playing back to back with 2 regular D out. Hell we see it, I am sure a bad performance by Primeau under these circumstances won't deter a team. Alot of pro scouts saw his playoff performance a few years ago, they know he has decent upside.

When yo have to call back Lindstrom, it means that your depth on D is not that deep.

Alternatively, maybe he plays well. He looked decent in pre-season. Not sure how long the 3 headed goalie monster can last. The problem is if we ever move one, via trade or lose one to waivers you can almost guarantee the next injury is to one of the other 2

Hughes will have to address this soon for sure. The real issue is if you lose Primeau your G depth drops off a cliff instantly. The terrifying thought of Dobes or Mann being called up...not good

I thought Matheson, Harris or Xhekaj could all play on the right side if needed....
I guess they can but I noticed that Harris has been much better on the left side. Just because you can switch sides doesn't mean you are good at it.

I suspect if the injury was to a LD we would have seen Norlinder/Struble maybe even Trudeau. The problem is RD with savard and Wideman injured is thin. Can't throw mailloux to the wolves so Lindstrom it is

Is Lindstrom "good at it" ?

The way Trudeau has looked early on I can safely say he is closer to Trois-Riviere than he is to Montreal. Struble has been lights out better than Norlinder as well.

Caufield - Suzuki -'Ylonen
NewHook - Monahan - Slaf
Pearson - Evans - Gallagher
Pezetta - Mitchell - RHP

Replace Dvorak on the thirdline when he's back.
No way Ylonen deserves to play on a 1st line and RHP on a 4th. And who is Mitchell ?

The only healthy RHD in the Habs and Rockets (who can play in the NHL) are: Barron, Kovacevic, Lindstrom and Mailloux. Keeper is injured.

Mailloux wasn't getting called back.
