I never understood why Hockey doesn't take precedence in the buildings and work everything else around a balanced schedule for all.
I guess the only venue that has no issues with "Events" is Mullett Arena.

Hockey remains a niche sport in the US. Still lags behind NASCAR and the NCAA in terms of TV ratings (results could vary depending on source and methodology). Wouldn’t be surprised if pro bowling garnered better ratings than the NHL in several US markets.

Goal is to keep the viewers (/gamblers/fantasy hockey managers) engaged for a long while.

Especially considering most owners own the arena their team plays in. I get it for big markets like LA/NYR but for many other teams they should be fine.

I believe it, their goalies looks bad on paper. Buffalo has better goaltending.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Habs have a top 10 goalies tandem this season.
