Yup. Greene threw his hip out reaching for the package of Metamucil on the top shelf.

Would rather have seen him against Carolina tomorrow, but he was going to get a start today or tomorrow regardless, because of the back-to-back.

And just when Quick was heating up. Not sure of Sutter's thinking here.

taken from Sir Rosen himself!

Jhonas Enroth career numbers versus San Jose: 4 GP (2 GS), 3-0-0, 1.24 GAA, .956 Sv%.
Ah, yes, those Sabres-Sharks games.

I remember Sharks fans saying that Buffalo owned them for some reason. Hey, may as well start Enroth if he's got some prior success over them. We all remember Bernier vs Nashville for us. Also, makes sense to bring McBain because even though it's not likely, pull a muscle during warm-ups and you're only skating 5 defensemen tonight with a back to back coming up.

Good point. I see the light.

Also, I am looking forward to seeing Enroth. He had a good run for Buffalo last DEC/JAN.

Ah yes, memories of Scott Thornton taking shifts on the top line with a rookie Kopitar. That was the great era of Brian Willsie, Tom Preissing, Raitis Ivanans and Kyle Calder.
