It's not close. It's obviously offside. Whether or not challenges should be available is up for debate, but that's an easy decision there.

Yeah this is an awful rule. Kills the flow of the game, and the offsides was ultimately meaningless in the goal. Refs miss calls all the time, it's part of the game for better or worse. Gotta figure the need to be precise with crap like this is driven by the gambling industry.
