I emailed my wonderful sth rep to ask if I could get tickets to the sports deck because I've wanted to buy a package in there. Got the cold shoulder.

Beat me to it, but it looks like the Bruins are offering exchanges to a "future game". That's a reasonable solution that puts the onus on the people traveling to make an informed decision about getting to the game (and returning home) safely.

(That means you, LadyFan! Be safe, and if you make it there, I hope you get there safely and cheer twice as loud! If you don't make it there, none of us will think any less of you.)

Of course, I'm not sure what that means for the secondary market. I have a feeling they won't accept a PDF from StubHub, even if it's unused; you probably have to be the "primary ticket holder" to get your ticket exchanged. They should make that clear, but I get that it's not really on the Bruins to ensure that secondary market buyers/sellers are taken care of.

Since game start time is midnight on this side of the pond and we've been out being tourists all day and just got back from theater and dinner, not sure I'm making this one, but might try to catch the beginning just to see how empty the Gahden looks, and see if LadyFan and my niece made it in safely.....let's have a good "match" boys.
