lol true. HuGo also have 11 picks. they'd want them for 2024 and beyond i'd think - especially if they're mid round picks
Or if they’re 2023 picks incoming, package them to move up or to facilitate a trade as happened with Dach.

To further clarify on my other post, I think by "quiet" Marek means it won't be like last year where the Habs acquired 2 1sts(chairot, Toffoli), 2 2nds (Kulak, Lehkonen) and prospects (Barron, Smilanic, Heineman)

Dadonov/Drouin being dealt and returning a 4th is probable (He didn't say that, but would be veterans that are getting calls and would lead to a quiet day)

As been previously said you can't sell what no one wants to buy.

My god, how triggered are you? Small players can be tough! It has nothing to do with size!

Martin Saint Louis was a midget but he was a force on the ice!

He was not getting pushed around or something!
Look as a really short guy we try hard, but in the end we are ground down a lot easier than the big guys. Its the same at my work. My body is damaged from trying to keep up to the 6 footers. I did it for years, but am pretty broken at this point. Might be going for surgery for my hernia this year.

Man it's been hard being a Habs fan since the beginning of the Bergevin era and the current mess he left behind. f***

We went to the cup finals with a team that had no business even making the playoffs and they can't win a single round! It's glorious and I hope it stays that way
My first memories watching this team was perhaps when Koivu came back from cancer but I really got into it when we traded for Kovalev and defeated the Dirty Bruins being down 3-1.

That's almost a freaking generation. How can you remotely appreciate your team when they haven't won anything in so long? What type of crazy lunatic would support such a team?

The Expos were still in Montreal ffs.

With Monahan and Edmunson both being injured the majority of teams are probably worried about acquiring them and if they would be healthy for the stretch run. That leaves Dadonov, Drouin and Hoffman who probably don't have much value. The only vets with value would be Savard and Anderson but Hughes would want an overpay for either of them to make a trade.

We're talking about different things at this point though...
