They had an opportunity to turn this into a Dallas style season changing game, and instead probably killed their playoff chances. Welcome to the 16-17 Bruins.

Backes and Krejci combined $13 mil cap hit. Have many years of both to look forward to as their careers decline. Brilliant stuff!

In a vacuum, I'd rather get answers now than have them lead us on and lose it down the stretch. Doesn't mean it doesn't suck, but the future looks fine.

Maybe Riley Nash should learn to win a board battle for once in his life. He has costed us serious points here. Single handedly.

Trash player. Absolute TRASH. Dog dirt.

It was a real waste of Marchand - Bergeron - Pastrnak - Krug's time.

Wait, is this the game thread or the 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017 annual commentary?

Keep wasting the cheap years of Pastrnak and the prime years of the core you useless GM.

If there is just one position that needs to be improved (though unfortunately there's really more than one), what do you guys think is the #1 priority?

Winner winner?

If the forwards weren't so busy trying to cover for completely inept D they could actually produce points.

The biggest problem with this team by far is the D.

Disagree, Backes and Krejci look awful, every decision they make seems to take an eternity (especially Backes).

Really? Your thoughts about the 16-17 Bruins would be dramatically different if they won this one regular season game against the Leafs?

Have you been following the past three seasons? This is a dead ass team.

The David Line hurt us tonight. There's been too many games where they can't move the puck out of their own zone.

Don't completely disagree with you but 13million tied up with these two

Krejci and Backes are not showing up. Bergeron Marchand Krug Pasta and Chara are this team right now. Rask is crumbling. The rest of the team is doing nothing. Krejci needs to go if you ask me
