At least we knew those teams sucked. There's no reason this team should be playing as bad as they have the past month.

This is ********. Our first or second best goal scorer in the stands..
it's great that we have sooo much scoring depth and firepower that
we can sit him out...

And Kiss? Is this the best band they could get?
Maybe the concessions company had something
to do with getting them....all the fans would want to leave their
seats and go buy things. I mean, I like Gene Simmonds, he's a
pretty cool guy, but wtf
 
Why does Muzzin continue to get first pairing minutes let alone playing time! He kills the PP by constantly shooting the puck into the opposing teams shins, he can never hold the puck in the zone and he makes some awfully bad pinches. In addition to that he takes at least a stupid penalty a game and always gets beat, if Doughty didnt have to babysit him his stats/numbers would be way worse.
 
Toffoli is not some savoir , he would just get infected by what ever the hell is sapping this team of emotion.

Actually I was, because I expected them to play like **** at those times so it didn't hurt as much, I expected them to be great after winning the cup so them playing like absolute ****ing dog **** hurts a lot more.

The collapse in 05-06 was more disappointing to me. 1st in the Conference too out of playoffs. And I'm not convinced this is a complete collapse yet. Still think we comfortably make playoffs (take a look at HansH playoff thread right now we only need a .500 record to easily make playoffs) and we all know how dangerous the Kings are in the playoffs.

We should have traded Muzzin last year when he had more value. The kings are so damn stagnant it's not even funny. Need a trade. Yeah, Brown I'm looking at you.

I KNEW Sutter wouldn't play Toffoli over a vet in a game like this.....not his MO. Sutter's time is up.

March is mostly home games and extremely weak teams, it wouldn't surprise me to see this jekly and Hyde team not lose a game in March.
 
Damn, if some of you guys think Toffoli is a better goalscorer than Carter, it's time for me to check out of this thread for the night.

The problem I see is that we don't have a good #2C. Richards is doing zilch in the role, so is Stoll. No matter who gets put on wing with these two, their offense dies.
 
what are the chances this team can score 3 goals to win...? (that's assuming they don't allow any more goals - big assumption)

hope I'm wrong of course...

What or who is going to turn this team around? Remember when they were SCORING in the first periods?? seems like such a long, long time ago. :shakehead

We have only looked dangerous during our cup run.
 
I'm not convinced this team is even going to make the playoffs. Literally haven't felt this low as a fan since the aforementioned collapse
