Funny enough I think Pitlick is one of the 8 or 9 guys who could play for the Avs. Big, skates with pace, doesn't explode into 1000 pieces at the thought of a bodycheck, takes and owns space.

The Lias pick really did net us a better player than Lafreniere and Kakko. Cuylle is a better NHL player than both of them.
Horrible play by Lafreniere with the Rangers having a decent shift late in the period.

We need to reevaluate Skating in all of our player acquisition moving forward. 90% of our pickups the last five years, including 1st and 2nd overall picks, look like they’re skating in quick sand. Perrault isn’t gonna help that trend either.
