We play Sabres next at home. Good time to rest Bobrovsky? Or do we stick with him until he has a bad game? I say rest him as I have faith in the team that they will have a chance at a win, even with Cmac in net. After the Sabres game, the next 3(Canes,Sens,Caps) are huge so a rested Bob would be great.

The Jackets should beat the Sabres on Saturday but I will say this, Ted Nolan will have them pumped to snap our winning streak.. If Miller starts he will be good as well, if Enroth starts put a win the in CBJ column.

Looks like we will see Miller. Allows Miller to redeem himself against us. Like you said the Sabres would want to ruin our streak so putting their number 1 makes sense. Also, Enroth played and lost tonight. Nolan won't start his back up, back to back games.

I may have to change my avatar.

When I adopted the pancake bunny, it was as a symbol of the fact that I had no ****ing clue what this team was going to do from one game to the next, and the bunny with a pancake on its head summed up the randomness and absurdity of it all. I'm thinking this group is pretty close to dispelling that idea.

Nothing changes during the streak. Nothing.

Enroth played tonight and gave up 5 goals to Carolina. Saturday is probably Miller's turn.

The Blue Jackets are an offensive juggernaut, if one excludes Toronto (who we have two games in hand on) the only scoring team better in the East is Pittsburgh!!!!!!!!!

Well, the Star has trhe Blue Jackets seeded 6th in the East... how does it work?

http://torontostar.stats.com/nhl/standings_conference.asp

It's a bit complicated but...

http://www.nhl.com/ice/standings.htm?season=20132014&type=WC#&navid=nav-stn-conf

As it stands now
Pittsburgh (the higher seeded division winner) would play Philadelphia (the lower seeded wild card team), Boston (lower seeded division winner would play Toronto (higher seeded wild card team) and Tampa Bay-Montreal (2 seed v. 3 seed in ATL division) and NYR-Columbus (2 seed v. 3 seed in MTR division) would be the other series.
