Start by removing Anderson and Matheson. Arber Xhekaj looks far more poised and Anchored on that blue line. I'd even go with two D using Barron. But no we have to keep trying the same shite that hasn't worked since Burrows took over.

Most team use the drop pass, the thing with the Habs is they need to regain the zone every 15sec, so they use the drop pass 10 times per PP, everything end up amplified.

He's a development focused coach. He's openly talked about not being concerned about wins. I am almost certain they kept the old assistants around to buy him even more time than the usual coach, because it's going to take longer than normal to take this Montreal Canadiens franchise out of the stone age and reignite the passion and more importantly the *success* at playing exciting, offensive hockey. Once they want to flip the switch into contending, theyll be clearing house but MSL will remain
